Job Description

About the Role : SAP GRC & Security Consultant. Exp : 7-10yrs. Responsibilities : - Perform Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis and implement controls to mitigate risks. - Configure and maintain SAP GRC Risk Management modules. - Develop and manage risk assessments and remediation plans. - Generate and analyze SOD reports to identify and address security vulnerabilities. - Manage user accounts and authorizations in SAP ECC systems. - Implement and maintain user provisioning processes. - Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. - Design, develop, and maintain SAP roles and authorizations. - Perform role-based access control (RBAC) configuration. - Manage role provisioning and de-provisioning processes. - Perform role remediation efforts. - Implement and manage SAP authorization concepts and objects. - Troubleshoot and resolve authorization-related issues. - Conduct security audits and assessments. - Implement and maintain security configurations for SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and SAP Fiori environments. - Ensure secure access to data and applications. - Configure and manage Fiori Launchpad and related security settings. - Understand and implement HANA analytic privilege security. - Analyze and resolve complex security-related issues. - Coordinate security-related projects and initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective security implementation. - Provide clear communication with project stake holders. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills : - Extensive experience with SAP GRC Risk Management (SOD checks). - Strong knowledge of SAP ECC Security user management. - Proficiency in SAP role configuration and management. - In-depth understanding of SAP authorization security concepts. - Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and SAP Fiori security. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong project coordination and communication skills. Experience Required : - 7-10 years of relevant experience in SAP GRC and Security consulting. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant SAP certifications (SAP Certified Technology Associate ) - Security with SAP NetWeaver AS, SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Access Control) are highly preferred. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. - Proactive and results-oriented.
