Job Description

Job Title: SAP GRC Consultant

Experience:8+yrs relevant

Notice period: Only 15-30days

Location: Thane

We are seeking a skilled SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Consultant to join our team. Will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP GRC solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage risks, and establish governance processes. This role requires strong expertise in Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management).
Design and maintain security roles, authorization concepts, and compliance frameworks.
Perform risk analysis and remediation activities to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Configure and manage Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), Business Role Management (BRM), and Access Request Management (ARM).
Integrate SAP GRC with various SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.) and non-SAP applications.
Conduct periodic user access reviews and SOX compliance audits.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design GRC solutions aligned with organizational policies.
Provide end-user training and create documentation for GRC processes and procedures.
Collaborate with security, audit, and IT teams to resolve GRC-related issues.
