SAP Functional Consultant - Concur Expense

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP Concur solutions for clients to ensure efficient travel and expense management. Your expertise in Concur modules and integrations will be used to align business requirements with SAP Concur functionality. Key Responsibilities: - Configure SAP Concur modules, including Expense (Must), Travel (Nice to have), and Invoice (Nice to have), based on client requirements. - Analyze business processes related to expense management and design SAP Concur solutions. - Set up workflows, expense policies, approval hierarchies, and reporting structures in SAP Concur. - Integrate SAP Concur with ERP systems and develop interfaces for data exchange with third-party systems. - Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues. - Oversee data migration and validation processes during implementation. - Manage go-live activities and provide hypercare support post-implementation. - Develop training materials, conduct end-user training sessions, and maintain functional and technical documentation. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Concur solutions. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements. - Ensure compliance with local and global travel and expense policies. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of SAP Concur Expense (Must), Travel (Nice to have), and Invoice (Nice to have) modules. - Experience with expense reporting, travel policies, and workflow configuration. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. - SAP Concur certification in Expense is a must. - At least 2 end-to-end SAP Concur Expense implementation projects preferred. - Knowledge of data integration tools and technologies, familiarity with global expense policies and compliance standards.,
