POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced SAP FSCM Principal Specialist with deep expertise in Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management, and Business Partner integration.
This is a senior, hands-on functional role involving solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and global process improvements across Solenis manufacturing operations.

The candidate must have strong SAP FSCM experience combined with

FICO functional knowledge, cross-module integration expertise, and excellent communication / stakeholder management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SAP FSCM Functional Expertise

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of:
  

• Credit Management (FIN-FSCM-CR)

• Collections Management (FIN-FSCM-COL)

• Dispute Management (FIN-FSCM-DM)

• Business Partner (BP) & CVI (Customer to BP Conversion)

• Biller Direct / Customer Financial Portal

  (optional)
• Configure Credit Master Data, Credit Rules, Risk Categories, Scoring Models, and Automated Credit Exposure updates.
  

Collections & Dispute Management

• Set up Collection Strategies, Worklists, Correspondence, Promise-to-Pay, and Dunning rules.
  
• Configure Dispute Case Types, workflows, reason codes, SLA tracking, and approval processes.
  

Integration & Technical Coordination

• Integrate FSCM with

  FI-AR, SD Credit Check

  , and optionally

  Treasury/BCM

  .
• Support Credit Exposure integration with:
  
• FI-AR open items
  
• SD orders, deliveries
  
• Billing & payment history
  
• Build interfaces with external credit rating agencies (D&B, Experian).
  
• Work with ABAP & middleware teams for BADIs, enhancements, workflows, and Fiori app enablement.
  

Project & Delivery Responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  
• Prepare functional specs, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
  
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across business and IT.
  

REQUIRED SKILL SET (Must Have)

• Strong hands-on SAP FSCM experience

  in:
• Credit Management
  
• Collections Management
  
• Dispute Management
  
• Business Partner (BP) setup
  
• CVI Customer to BP migration
  

• SAP SD Credit Check

  automatic & manual

• Integration of FSCM with FI/SD

• FSCM Workflows & BADI implementations

• Credit Scoring, Risk Categories, Credit Limits

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (Good to Have)

• Bank Communication Management (BCM)
  
• SAP Treasury
  
• Fiori Apps for Credit / Dispute / Collections
  
• Manufacturing domain experience (Specialty chemicals preferred)
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years

  SAP FICO / FSCM experience
• Strong exposure to

  global manufacturing environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to lead solution design and drive process improvements
  
• Innovative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setup
