• Provide expertise in SAP Flexible Workflow and Responsibility Management for Agent Determination.
• Map Agent Determination custom tables into the Responsibility Management Framework. • Act as the primary liaison with clients for workflow and FSD discussions. • Define, document, and monitor workflows ensuring clarity in roles & responsibilities. • Address client pushback with data-driven justifications and offer alternative solutions. • Oversee FSD validation, ensuring adherence to best practices. • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive workflow efficiency through process improvements
