Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

ABAP Development
: Creating and maintaining custom programs using ABAP, especially within the SAP HR module.
Infotype Handling
: Working with logical databases and infotypes to develop reports and interfaces.
RICEF Objects
: Designing and implementing Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
Integration
: Connecting SAP HR with other modules or external systems.
Debugging & Troubleshooting
: Identifying and resolving issues in custom code and standard SAP processes.
Enhancements & Exits
: Implementing user exits, BADI, and enhancement points for custom business logic.
Smart Forms / Adobe Forms
: Designing and maintaining HR-related forms.
Support & Maintenance
: Providing ongoing support for SAP HR systems and ensuring smooth operations.

Typical Skills Required:

Strong experience in
SAP HCM
and
ABAP programming
Knowledge of
PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll
modules
Experience with
Logical Databases (PNP, PCH)
Familiarity with
HR-specific BAPIs and Function Modules
Good understanding of
HR business processes
