Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance/RTR BSA Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Finance and RTR processes, with a proven ability to implement and support SAP solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP Finance and RTR processes.
Configure and implement SAP Finance and RTR modules to meet business requirements.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Finance and RTR functionalities.
Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP Finance and RTR processes and configurations.
Train end-users and provide support during the rollout of SAP solutions.
Stay updated with the latest SAP Finance and RTR trends and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

6-12 years of experience in SAP Finance and RTR consulting or similar roles.
Strong understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
Experience with SAP General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
Knowledge of RTR processes including month-end closing, financial reporting, and compliance.
Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
