Job Description

SAP Fieldglass Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration:
You will lead and support end-to-end
SAP Fieldglass
implementations, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring modules such as
Contingent Workforce Management (CWM)
and
Statement of Work (SOW)
. You'll ensure the platform is seamlessly integrated with
SAP ERP
systems and other third-party applications.
Incident Management:
As an expert, you will monitor and manage incident tickets related to
SAP Fieldglass
. Your responsibilities will include performing root cause analysis, resolving system issues, and ensuring tickets are closed in a timely manner. You will also collaborate with
SAP
and other vendors to resolve complex bugs.
User Support & Training:
Provide
L2/L3 support
to end-users and super users, handling tasks such as user access and role creation. You will also conduct training sessions and create essential knowledge articles and
SOPs
to empower users.

Required Skills

4+ years of hands-on experience
in
SAP Fieldglass
, with at least one full-cycle implementation.
Strong knowledge of core
SAP Fieldglass
modules:
CWM, SOW
, and
Services Procurement
.
Experience with integrating
Fieldglass
with other
SAP
systems (
ECC/S4HANA
) or third-party VMS systems.
Proficiency in ticketing tools like
ServiceNow
or
Remedy
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a Managed Services or support-focused project.
Knowledge of Master Data Management and Workflow Management within
Fieldglass
.
An
SAP Fieldglass Certification
is a significant advantage.

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
