Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate SAP FICO Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students or professionals on SAP FICO modules. You will help learners build foundational and advanced skills in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), as per industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training sessions on SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules
• Prepare and update training materials, course content, and assignments
• Conduct both theoretical and practical sessions using real-time business scenarios
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, quizzes, and project reviews
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to learners throughout the course
• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO developments and versions
• Customize training approaches based on student background and learning pace
• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, progress tracking, and feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO
• Prior experience in teaching/training SAP FICO will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Certification in SAP FICO is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week
