SAP FICO Lead

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO implementation and support, with a strong understanding of financial processes and the ability to lead projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
• Conduct gap analysis and design solutions to meet business requirements.
• Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SAP FICO functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to SAP FICO.
• Prepare documentation for system configuration, processes, and user manuals.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Proficient in SAP FICO configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
