SAP FICO Functional Consultant

As an SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration Functional Global Lead Finance (FI/CO) at NTT DATA, your role involves being a key member of the SAP Consulting practice, specifically focused on data migration into S/4 HANA. Your responsibilities include: - Defining and driving data migration strategy and best practices for objects required to be migrated to S/4 - Performing analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support project Data Migration requirements with proposed solutions - Designing and defining migration activities such as cleansing, data transformations, loads, testing, and documentation - Providing direction to technical teams for solution realization and participating in coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance activities - Acting as the global focal point for data objects in scope for migration and interacting with various stakeholders - Providing training and support to local business data owners and deployment team members on the data migration process - Analyzing defects, issues from data readiness reports, and managing data deviations until resolution Key Skills required for this role: - 10+ years of overall experience in SAP Finance Implementations / Rollouts - 3+ years of experience with S/4 HANA Implementations / Rollouts - Dual emphasis on data migration expertise specifically for S/4 HANA, Functional and technology expertise - Motivated self-starter with good team building, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Experience in Data Migration, specifically for S/4 HANA - Experience and technical knowledge of Data Migration tools mainly SAP Data Services, SAP Migration cockpit Tools and Methodology - Ability to lead and drive business workshops for data migration activities - Proven track record of working with diverse, cross-functional teams located regionally and worldwide - Excellent communication and organization skills with adaptability to new environments - Fluent in English (written and spoken) Desirable Skills: - Prior experience in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries - Familiarity with onsite-offshore models and leading teams of offshore and onsite developers - Experience with AGILE tools like Jira In addition to the above, NTT DATA Services partners with clients to simplify the complexities of business and technology, delivering insights, solutions, and outcomes that matter most.
