SAP FICO Full time Trainer (2+yrs)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced SAP FICO Consultant/Trainer to join our team and deliver offline training sessions at our Kothrud, Pune center. If you're a professional with hands-on SAP FICO expertise and a knack for teaching, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver comprehensive SAP FICO training programs for both beginner and advanced learners.

Prepare and maintain high-quality training materials, presentations, and documentation.

Conduct live classroom sessions and offer real-time support to learners.

Customize training modules as per client or organizational needs.

Assign real-time projects, hands-on assignments, and industry-based scenarios to ensure job readiness.

Provide ongoing mentorship and support to students during and after the training program.

Keep training content updated with the latest SAP FICO features and industry practices.

Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training methodologies.

Collaborate with other SAP professionals to align training with current trends and standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Prior experience in teaching or training is a plus.

Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is preferred.

Should be able to explain concepts with practical, real-time examples.

Must be capable of making students job-ready upon course completion.
