SAP FICO DevOps Lead

You are seeking a skilled SAP RTR DevOps Lead who will be responsible for driving SAP Record to Report (RTR) operations, focusing on improving efficiencies and ensuring seamless integration between development and operations teams. As the SAP RTR DevOps Lead, your key responsibilities will include: - Leading SAP RTR DevOps initiatives, focusing on process automation and continuous improvement. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end SAP processes. - Managing and optimizing SAP RTR environments to ensure high availability and performance. - Implementing best practices for SAP tooling and DevOps methodologies to enhance delivery speed and quality. - Working closely with the application development team to ensure smooth transitions from development to production. - Monitoring and troubleshooting production issues, providing timely resolution and recommendations. - Providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members in SAP practices and DevOps methodologies. Additionally, you should have project system knowledge on Result analysis, Settlement, Percentage of completion method, completed contract method, basic knowledge on handling Interface such as Inbound IDOC and Outbound IDOC, and knowledge in Month-end transaction Finance and controlling. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - CA, ICMA, Bcom, Mcom, MBA Finance. - 7-10 years of experience in SAP RTR processes and DevOps practices. - Strong knowledge of SAP modules, tools, and methodologies. - Experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines in a SAP environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution. - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP S/4HANA, familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions, and certifications in SAP or DevOps methodologies.
