Job Title : SAP Consultant Experience : 5+ Years Location : Goregaon, Mumbai Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced SAP FI & CO (Controlling) Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CO module implementation, configuration, and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining SAP Controlling processes to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements and design SAP CO solutions to optimize cost control and financial reporting. • Configure and customize SAP CO sub-modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing (PC), and Profitability Analysis (COPA). • Support SAP CO integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP, and other relevant modules. • Conduct end-user training and create detailed documentation. • Perform system testing, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements. • Work with stakeholders to define and improve cost management and reporting structures. • Provide post-go-live support and enhancements to SAP CO functionalities. • Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience working with SAP CO module. • Hands-on experience with Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (PC), and COPA. • Strong understanding of SAP FI-CO integration. • Experience in SAP S/4HANA is a plus. • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and reporting tools is an advantage. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication skills to work with business users and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: • SAP CO Certification. • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or service industries using SAP CO. • Understanding of business processes related to cost controlling and profitability analysis. • Knowledge of SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation).
