SAP FICO Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP FICO + Treasury Consultant to join our team for an SAP S/4HANA 2023 Greenfield Implementation. The consultant will be responsible for implementing Finance, Controlling, and Treasury modules across multiple legal entities, ensuring strong financial governance, process efficiency, and seamless integration with logistics, DRC VAT, and banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA FI/CO & Treasury design workshops and gather business requirements.
  
• Configure and implement FI/CO modules, including:
  
• General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
  
• Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting, VAT
  
• Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting, COPA
  
• Deliver Treasury scope implementation, covering:
  
• Cash & Liquidity Management
  
• Payment Approvals & Bank Communication Management (BCM)
  
• SWIFT / Host-to-Host (H2H) Bank Integrations
  
• POBO / In-House Cash Management
  
• Ensure real-time integration between FI/CO and MM, SD, TM, and EWM modules.
  
• Support DRC e-Invoicing and UAE VAT Reporting configurations.
  
• Lead data migration activities (GL, Vendors, Customers, Assets, Banks, Open Items).
  
• Prepare test scripts, execute SIT & UAT, and resolve defects.
  
• Develop end-user training materials and conduct training sessions.
  
• Participate in cutover planning and provide post-go-live hypercare support.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 712 years of SAP FICO experience with at least one S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation.
  
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  
• SAP Treasury and BCM (Bank Communication Management)
  
• Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, and Bank Integration
  
• Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes
  
• Good understanding of UAE VAT / DRC compliance (preferred).
  
• Experience with Logistics Finance (GR/IR, Freight, 3PL Billing).
  
• Proven S/4HANA FinanceEWMTM integration experience (freight postings, warehouse accounting, revenue recognition).
  
• Treasury integration expertise including:
  
• BCM, SWIFT, Host-to-Host (H2H) connectivity
  
• Bank file formats MT940, CAMT, XML
  

Technical & Integration Expertise

• Strong command of SAP finance integration technologies:
  
• IDocs: FICOD, PAYEXT, REMADV, CREMAS
  
• BAPIs: Payments, Bank Statements, Journal Upload
  
• SAP DRC API/XML formats for e-invoicing & VAT
  
• Hands-on experience with:
  
• APIs, OData, SOAP for banking and payment gateway integrations
  
• BCM and SWIFT file configuration and monitoring
  
• Experience in cutover planning, data migration tools, and integration testing.
