Sap Fico Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver financial solutions that align with business goals and enhance financial processes within the SAP S/4HANA platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules across different business units.
• Analyse, design, and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules to meet business requirements.
• Conduct detailed assessments of financial processes and create solutions that streamline business operations in SAP.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Support the preparation and execution of test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that the SAP solution meets business needs and integrates seamlessly with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Participate in data migration planning and support the migration of financial data to SAP S/4HANA.
• Develop end-user documentation, training materials, and provide user training on SAP S/4HANA Finance functionality.
• Act as a liaison between the finance department and technical teams to resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure successful deployment of financial solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working in S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Grow with SAP (Public Cloud) experience would be an added advantage

Skills:

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
• Proficiency in customizing and configuring SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules.
• Experience in data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to create clear documentation and conduct end-user training.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and high-quality solutions.
