SAP FICA Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consulting services for

  SAP FICA and BRIM

  implementations and support engagements.
• Analyze and gather business requirements to design and configure tailored SAP solutions.
• Implement and optimize

  billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes

  .
• Lead or support

  data migration

  from legacy billing systems to SAP FICA.
• Conduct

  system and integration testing

  to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

  billing processes

  , master data, and configurations.
• Develop and maintain

  technical specifications and documentation

  for custom enhancements.
• Provide

  end-user training, support

  , and adoption strategies for new system features.
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional SAP teams

  (SD, FI, CRM, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Assist with

  project planning and milestone tracking

  , ensuring on-time delivery.
• Stay informed on

  SAP technology advancements

  , patches, and industry best practices.
• Facilitate and participate in

  workshops, stakeholder discussions, and feedback loops

  .
• Ensure

  audit compliance, documentation standards

  , and adherence to governance frameworks.
• Prepare

  status reports, presentations

  , and updates for project stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Information Technology, Computer Science

  , or a related field.

• 4+ years

  of hands-on experience with

  SAP FICA and/or BRIM

  modules.
• Proven experience in

  system configuration

  , implementation, and support projects.
• Strong understanding of

  order-to-cash

  , subscription billing, and receivables processes.
• Experience with

  data migration

  , ETL tools, and system integration practices.
• Familiarity with

  unit testing, integration testing, and UAT cycles

  .
• Excellent

  problem-solving

  and

  analytical

  capabilities.
• Strong

  verbal and written communication

  skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a

  remote/distributed team

  .
• Experience in

  Agile or Waterfall

  project methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certifications

  in FICA and/or BRIM.
• Experience with

  SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC)

  ,

  SAP Convergent Invoicing (SAP CI)

  , or

  Subscription Order Management (SOM)

  .
• Understanding of

  cross-module integration

  (e.g., SAP FI, SD, CRM, IS-U).
• Experience in

  writing training materials

  , user guides, and technical documentation.
• Exposure to

  cloud-based SAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud for Customer, etc.)
