Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO professional with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP FI, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the Record-to-Report (R2R) process, ensuring service level agreements are met.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of the close process.
Review financial statements for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies.
Oversee improvement projects, including automations, simplifications, and enhanced controls.
Engage with the finance controller on compliance issues.
Provide statutory and tax audit support.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of FI modules, including GL/AR/AP/AA.
Hands-on experience with CO Internal Orders and Cost Center Accounting.
Experience with VIM solutions like Open Text.
Knowledge of FICO interfacing with MM, SD, and external applications.
Ability to design functional solutions and conduct acceptance testing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay updated on current trends and technical advancements.
Time management skills and flexibility are essential.
Understanding business needs and ensuring processes are aligned and compliant.
Managing preparation of all statutory compliance documentation.
