Were Hiring: SAP EWM Technical Consultant AMS ProjectLocation: ITPL, BengaluruWork Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week from office)Shifts: Rotational (including support coverage as needed)Experience: 4+ YearsSupport and enhance SAP EWM solutions in a dynamic AMS environmentAbout the RoleWe re looking for a SAP EWM Technical Consultant with strong experience in SAP WM/EWM processes and AMS support. You ll be responsible for managing technical configurations, resolving issues, and supporting warehouse operations across shifts.Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for SAP EWM/WM in an AMS setup Handle incidents, service requests, and enhancements across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes Manage WM queues, RF transactions, and delivery/shipment processing Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and write functional specs for RICEFW objects Configure shipping points, routes, and output forms Support serial number and batch management, cross-docking, wave picking, and two-step picking Participate in shift-based support and ensure SLA adherenceWhat You Bring 4+ years of SAP WM/EWM technical experience Strong understanding of warehouse structures and automation Experience with RF, RFID, and MFS (preferred) Good cross-functional knowledge in MM, PP, QM Ability to write functional specs and work with ABAP developers AMS/production support experience with shift flexibilityQualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field SAP certifications in EWM/WM are a bonus
