SAP EWM Consultant

You are a highly skilled SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant with over 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP EWM solutions. Your main responsibility will be the end-to-end design, configuration, and optimization of warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency and business performance. - Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP EWM functionalities including inbound, outbound, internal warehouse operations, and physical inventory. - Design and optimize warehouse processes such as putaway, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and replenishment. - Integrate EWM with SAP ERP modules (MM, SD, PP, TM) and external systems. - Conduct requirement gathering workshops, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for developments. - Perform system testing, data migration, and go-live support. - Provide post-implementation support, resolve system issues, and ensure process stability. - Configure and manage RF Framework, Warehouse Task and Order Management, and Handling Unit Management. - Deliver end-user training and prepare detailed documentation including process flows, test scripts, SOPs. - Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams for continuous process improvements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent. - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM (Decentralized or Embedded). - In-depth understanding of Inbound, Outbound, and Internal Warehouse Processes. - Strong experience with RF transactions, wave management, slotting & rearrangement, and labor management. - Knowledge of Integration with SAP ECC/S4 HANA. - Experience in Support and Rollout Projects preferred. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - SAP Certification in EWM is an added advantage.
