Role Overview:

SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Lead Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of

  SAP EWM

  solutions, including

  decentralized EWM

  setups.
• Manage

  two or more full-cycle EWM implementations

  , covering cutover, data migration, and post-go-live support.
• Design and execute

  Inbound, Outbound, and Internal warehouse processes

  with

  POSC

  ,

  LOSC

  , and

  Resource Management

  .
• Configure and support advanced functionalities such as:
  
• Advanced Returns Management
  
• Kitting
  
• Quality Inspection Engine (QIE)
  
• Dangerous Goods Management
  
• Material Flow Control (MFC)
  
• Cross-Docking
  
• Replenishment
  
• Batch Management
  
• Handling Units (HU)
  
• RF Framework & Developments
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for

  EWM integration with Manufacturing (PP/MM/SD)

  modules.
• Support

  UAT

  ,

  cutover

  , and

  master data migration

  activities.
• Analyze and resolve EWM-related technical issues (queues, RFCs, IDocs) independently using

  basic debugging skills

  .
• Manage and coordinate

  interfaces with 3rd-party and automated conveyor systems

  within warehouse operations.
• Work closely with

  Basis

  teams for ECC-EWM integration, decentralized system setup, and performance optimization.
• Handle complex

  enhancements, custom developments, and SMARTFORMS

  .
• Ensure best practices in warehouse process optimization, automation, and integration.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7 + years

  of hands-on experience in

  SAP EWM

  implementation and support.
• Strong expertise in

  decentralized EWM

  configuration and operations.
• Minimum

  2 end-to-end implementations

  , including cutover and data migration.
• Experience in

  manufacturing environment integration

  with EWM.
• Solid understanding of

  EWM integration with ECC (MM, PP, SD)

  modules.
• Working knowledge of

  interfaces with 3rd-party/non-SAP systems

  and automation equipment.
• Good knowledge of

  Basis activities

  relevant to EWM.
• Strong

  analytical, problem-solving, and debugging

  skills.
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal

  skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to

  SAP S/4HANA EWM

  environments.
• Understanding of

  warehouse automation

  and

  IoT-enabled logistics systems

  .
• Familiarity with

  Agile project delivery

  and

  onsite-offshore coordination

  .
