Be an expert in SAP ECC modules (like FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, HR, etc.) and know how they work together.
Work with business teams to understand requirements and design SAP solutions.
Configure & customize SAP to match business needs.
Write functional specs and coordinate with developers for custom reports and programs.
Handle testing, data migration, and go-live support.
Provide training & documentation for end users.
Fix issues and suggest improvements in the SAP system.
Support in project planning and sometimes lead smaller projects.
Communicate with stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
Strong experience (5-10 yrs) in at least two SAP ECC modules (FI/CO, SD/MM, PP, QM, PM).
Good understanding of cross-module integration and business processes.
Hands-on experience with full SAP project lifecycle (blueprint to go-live).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to write functional specs, test scripts, and user guides.
Must know ABAP debugging basics.
SAP Certification.
Knowledge of project/change management.
Experience in cement/building material industry.
Familiarity with integration tools (EDI, PI/PO).
Background in consulting or large IT setups.
