SAP e-Invoicing Integration Consultant (ECC + DRC + BTP)

Hiring: SAP e-Invoicing Integration Consultant (ECC + DRC + BTP) | Full-Time | Remote (India)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP e-Invoicing Integration Consultant to design and implement statutory e-Invoice integration with SAP ECC Accounts Receivable using SAP Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC) and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI). The consultant will assess feasibility, define architecture, provide effort estimates, and potentially lead the implementation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current SAP ECC AR landscape and invoice processes
• Validate feasibility of e-Invoice integration using SAP DRC + BTP/CPI
• Define solution architecture, integration flows, and compliance mapping
• Configure SAP DRC for country-specific frameworks, rules, and formats (JSON/XML)
• Develop CPI iFlows to push invoices to statutory portals/IRPs
• Map ECC AR data (billing, FI-AR invoices) to DRC formats
• Manage compliance scenarios (cancellations, amendments, QR codes, digital signatures)
• Conduct SIT/UAT, support go-live, hypercare, and training
• Collaborate with finance, AR, and technical teams; coordinate with SAP OSS

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC (FI/AR, SD billing)
• Mandatory experience with SAP DRC for e-Invoicing
• Expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI (iFlows, APIs, adapters, certificates)
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, statutory portal integration
• Knowledge of output management, IDoc/Proxy interfaces, tax compliance content
• Ability to debug ECC billing, accounting, RFCs, outputs

Preferred Experience

• Prior e-Invoice implementations (India or other statutory environments)
• SAP Notes, OSS, compliance content updates
• ECCBTP integration for compliance/reporting

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and client-facing ability
• Effort estimation, risk identification, and mitigation planning
• Ability to mentor technical teams and work independently

Experience Level

• 6 + years SAP experience
• Minimum 2+ end-to-end e-Invoice implementations
• At least 1 project using SAP DRC + BTP/CPI
