Provide L2 SAP Support for Movilizer standard products and their implementations/customizations.
Troubleshoot and analyze SAP PM/CS, MM, DSD, FSV, Pricing, Settlement, and S/4HANA-related issues.
Replicate and test issues in SAP systems and provide reusable test templates.
Debug SAP modules, Movilizer Connector, and scenario implementations.
Work as part of a dedicated SAP DSD support team (SAP DSD Functional Consultant + SAP DSD/PM/CS Consultants + Senior SAP SD/DSD Lead).
Participate in 24/7 on-call support for critical customer systems.
Experience
5-10+ years in SAP, with strong functional expertise in SAP SD/DSD.
Hands-on SAP DSD (Direct Store Delivery) project experience in FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods industries.
Prior experience in L2/L3 SAP support environments (incident handling, debugging, root cause analysis, system replication).
Functional Skills
Deep knowledge of SAP SD/DSD processes: route accounting, vehicle stock management, order-to-cash, mobile sales, returns, and settlement.
Strong in SAP PM/CS, MM, FSV (Full Service Vending), Pricing & Settlement.
Experience with S/4HANA environments.
Technical Skills
ABAP debugging to analyze/troubleshoot issues.
Familiarity with Movilizer Connector and custom scenario implementations (bonus).
Ability to create unit & scenario test templates for issue reproduction.
Soft Skills
Strong communication & stakeholder management (since role requires remote support + working with partners/customers).
Ability to work in a 24/7 on-call support rotation.
Mentoring and guiding junior consultants.
Certifications (Preferred)
SAP SD or S/4HANA Sales certification.
Exposure to Agile/ITIL support frameworks is an added advantage.
