What awaits you/ Job Profile

Work on SAP SD and FI module configurations, supporting both functional and integration requirements.
Coordinate with other SAP module consultants to ensure smooth cross-module and non-SAP integrations.
Provide system proposals and design specifications for customized developments.
Conduct SAP module process configuration aligned with business needs.
Support operations with ticket handling and task closure within SLA timelines as per ITIL standards.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
Prepare test cases, user manuals, and execute unit, integration, and system security tests.
Proactively propose solutions to improve support of new and existing business processes.
Provide post-go-live support and collaborate with clients via meetings, calls, and workshops.

What should you bring along

SAP Certification in SD or FI
Minimum 6+ years of advanced SAP functional experience in SD or FI modules.
Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience with Agile tools (Confluence, Jira).
Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Jira X-Ray.
Solid background in operations processes (ITIL) with the ability to work under SLA commitments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with flexibility to manage complex SAP environments.

Must have technical skill

Strong expertise in SAP module configuration and integration with other systems.
Advanced skills in code debugging for issue identification and resolution.
Experience in unit, integration, and system integration security testing.
Proficiency in development documentation and preparation of test cases.
Ability to analyse and resolve SAP module issues in a live support environment.

Good to have technical skills

Knowledge of SAP ABAP and modelling.
Experience in SAP FICO (R/3), SAP FI (R/3), and SAP SD (R/3) modules.
Hands-on exposure to SAP Solution Manager.
Strong communication and presentation skills for client and team interactions.
Ability to work flexibly during weekends, shifts, or extended hours if required.
Strong analytical mindset to evaluate business process gaps and recommend improvements.
