Role Overview: As a SAP DEV Ops focusing on SD and FI modules at BMWTechWorks, you will be responsible for configuring SAP SD and FI modules to meet functional and integration requirements. You will collaborate with other SAP module consultants to ensure smooth cross-module and non-SAP integrations. Your role will also involve providing system proposals, design specifications, and conducting SAP module process configurations aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Work on SAP SD and FI module configurations to meet functional and integration requirements. - Coordinate with other SAP module consultants for seamless cross-module and non-SAP integrations. - Provide system proposals and design specifications for customized developments. - Conduct SAP module process configurations aligned with business needs. - Support operations with ticket handling, task closure within SLA timelines, and ITIL standards. - Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including AS-IS and TO-BE processes. - Prepare test cases, user manuals, and execute unit, integration, and system security tests. - Propose solutions to improve support for new and existing business processes. - Provide post-go-live support and collaborate with clients through meetings, calls, and workshops. Qualification Required: - SAP Certification in SD or FI. - Minimum 6+ years of advanced SAP functional experience in SD or FI modules. - Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience with Agile tools (Confluence, Jira). - Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Jira X-Ray. - Solid background in operations processes (ITIL) with the ability to work under SLA commitments. - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with flexibility to manage complex SAP environments.
