Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Extract material master data from Excel templates accurately and create new material records in SAP S4/HANA.
Maintain and update existing material master data within SAP as required.
Validate data correctness and completeness before and after entry into SAP.
Follow standard operating procedures and workflows for material master data creation and updates.
Assist in troubleshooting data entry issues and escalate to SAP functional teams when needed.
Ensure compliance with company data governance and quality policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

Prior experience in data entry, ideally working with SAP material master data or ERP systems.
Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and familiarity with Material Management (MM) module is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of materials management and inventory processes.

Preferred

Experience in data migration from Excel to SAP or other ERP systems.
Understanding of material master record structure and fields in SAP.
Ability to handle large volumes of data with precision.
