SAP CO/Product Costing Specialist

As an experienced IT Finance professional with over 10 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing SAP Product Costing functionalities in Pune. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation and integrity of the system, resolving complex issues, and optimizing SAP CO PC solutions to support business continuity. You will collaborate closely with other IT finance experts to analyze business requirements, propose solutions for finance processes, and translate business needs into system requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the SAP CO landscape. Additionally, you will play a key role in the ERP Rebuild project, ensuring seamless integration into daily finance operations during the ongoing S/4HANA transformation project. Participating as a project member or Project Manager in SAP CO/Product Costing projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be accountable for maintaining data integrity, ensuring system security, and adhering to Syensqo IT policies and standards, with a particular focus on Cybersecurity compliance and comprehensive documentation. To succeed in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Your 5 years of demonstrable experience supporting SAP Actual Costing/Material Ledger in manufacturing companies is essential. Strong knowledge of SAP CO sub-modules is required, and familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 will be beneficial for this position.,
