Job Description: SAP Coordinator – Projects

Experience: 2–4 years

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

1. SAP Data Entry & PR Development: Create and enter new Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in the

SAP system, including developing or updating system codes as required.

2. Resolving SAP Process Issues: Collaborate with IT and Accounts teams to identify,

troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SAP processes.

3. Project Bill Entry: Enter project-related invoices and bills into SAP for accurate tracking and

processing.

4. Weekly Data Reporting: Compile and share weekly data reports or updates with the

designated department or supervisor.

5. PR vs. PO Gap Analysis & Cost Sheet Preparation: Identify discrepancies between Purchase

Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) and prepare cost sheets based on PO values.

6. Project PR Status Updates: Monitor and update the status of project-related PRs to ensure

clear visibility and progress tracking.

7. Monitoring MOC PRs and Billing: Ensure consistent tracking of PRs and billing related to

Management of Change (MOC) processes.

8. Team Communication: Maintain timely and clear communication with team members and

coordinators regarding MOC activities and other project operations.

9. Data Creation: Prepare Excel files and reports as required by the HOD or project coordinator.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

1. Working knowledge of SAP (MM / Project module) for PR, PO, and billing entries.

2. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.

3. Understanding of procurement and project accounting workflows.

4. Good communication and coordination skills.

5. High attention to detail and data accuracy.

6. Ability to identify and resolve data or process issues.

7. Organized, proactive, and capable of meeting reporting timelines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
