Join EY to create an exceptional experience for yourself and contribute to building a better working world for all. **Role Overview:** As an SAP Commission Manager at EY, your responsibilities will include: - Executing production activities in the SAP Commissions UI and SQL Server, such as running interfaces and transferring data between different sources - Leading process improvements for the sales compensation system - Defining and providing requirements for changes to the sales compensation system for developers - Testing enhancements/bug fixes to the sales compensation system and validating them post-implementation - Communicating system and reporting issues and resolutions with business end users - Participating in project teams and collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders - Utilizing experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus) to provide business expertise for assigned functional areas within the sales compensation system - Implementing solutions as requested by business users to enhance the management and processing of sales compensation - Analyzing and reconciling complex business data and system issues - Willingness to support production activities and conduct data analysis to troubleshoot commission issues **Qualifications Required:** - 9-11 years of relevant experience - Expertise in SAP Commissions (Callidus) - Ability to analyze and reconcile complex business data and system issues - Strong communication skills to interact with business end users and stakeholders effectively At EY, we are dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society.
