SAP Commission Manager

As a SAP Commission Manager at EY, you will be responsible for executing production activities in the SAP Commissions UI and SQL Server. This includes running interfaces and transferring data between various data sources. You will drive process improvements to the sales compensation system and define requirements for system changes to developers. Additionally, you will be testing enhancements/bug fixes and validating them upon implementation. Communication with business end users regarding system and reporting issues will be a key part of your role. You will also participate in project teams and collaborate independently with a diverse group of stakeholders. Experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus) is required for this role. Your expertise will be utilized to provide functional business support within the sales compensation system. You should have the ability to implement solutions requested by business users to enhance the management and processing of sales compensation efficiently. Analyzing and reconciling complex business data and systems issues will also be within your responsibilities. Your willingness to support production activities and conduct data analysis to troubleshoot commission issues will be crucial.
