Exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal skills, effectively communicating project objectives, risks, and progress to stakeholders at all levels in English, fostering a collaborative team environment. Lead and mentor project teams, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing, while ensuring effective coordination among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within SAP delivery processes, methodologies, and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence to enhance overall project efficiency and client satisfaction.
