Job Title: SAP CO Lead Finance Location: Bangalore Mumbai + Remote Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP CO (Controlling) Lead to manage and support financial controlling processes within the organization. The role involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP CO modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial reporting standards. The CO Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance cost control, profitability analysis, and financial transparency. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP CO module implementation and support, including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Costing. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective controlling solutions. Ensure accurate configuration and integration of CO with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, SD). Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance cost tracking and reporting. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities related to controlling. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in SAP CO module implementation and support. Strong understanding of financial controlling principles and SAP integration. Experience in SAP S/4HANA is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
