Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA CO modules:
  Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA.
• Implement

  Account-Based COPA

  and

  Material Ledger Actual Costing

  .
• Perform

  variance analysis

  for production and procurement processes.
• Set up

  allocation cycles

  , assessments, and distributions.

Business Process Analysis

• Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
  
• Conduct

  AS-IS / TO-BE

  process study and gap analysis.
• Recommend process improvements and best-practice solutions.
  

Integration

• Ensure seamless integration between CO and FI, MM, PP, and SD modules.
  
• Support variance reporting and CO-PA reporting requirements.
  

Testing & Support

• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
  
• Perform

  Unit Testing

  ,

  Integration Testing

  , and support

  UAT

  .
• Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and system improvements.
  

Documentation & Training

• Prepare

  BBP

  , configuration documents, test scripts, and end-user manuals.
• Conduct training sessions for business users on CO functionalities.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 68 years of SAP CO experience with

  3–4 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Product Costing

  (Standard Costing, Actual Costing, Split Valuation).
• Hands-on experience in

  Account-Based COPA

  , Margin Analysis, and Material Ledger.
• Strong understanding of

  variance analysis and settlement

  processes.
• Good knowledge of CO integration with

  FI, MM, PP, and SD

  .
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
