SAP C4C Techno-Functional Consultant

You are a highly motivated SAP C4C Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for analyzing business processes, delivering expert consulting services, and supporting customer experience solutions in Gandhinagar. Your main tasks will include interpreting client requirements, configuring SAP C4C solutions, and ensuring successful implementations. A key aspect of your role will involve bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and project success. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and support core SAP C4C processes for Sales and Service - Configure and customize SAP C4C solutions using the SAP C4C SDK - Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions - Facilitate integration between SAP C4C and other SAP or third-party systems - Lead client workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment and transparency Required Qualifications: - Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of core business processes of SAP C4C Sales and Service - Excellent communication and consulting capabilities - Proven track record in SAP C4C Sales and Service implementation and configuration - Technical proficiency in SAP C4C SDK - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Demonstrated success in client-facing roles - Good to have SAP certification in SAP C4C sales or service You will be joining MBNS Consultancy Pvt.
