Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IVR Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing IVR systems, as well as experience with Genesys Composer, Avaya AOD, Voice Objects / CXP, and other IVR development environments.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop IVR systems using various technologies and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IVR systems.
Develop and maintain documentation of IVR systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IVR development.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in IVR engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Genesys Composer, Avaya AOD, Voice Objects / CXP, and other IVR development environments.
Experience with Unix/shell scripting (Bash, Powershell, or any other shell).
Familiarity with telephony technologies including call routing, SMS, VOIP, and state machine experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
