Job Summary
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP C4C Functional and SAP Process Modelling Suite to optimize and implement SAP C4C solutions leveraging process modeling tools

Job Description
Utilize SAP Process Modelling Suite tools such as Signavio ARIS and Visio to design analyze and optimize business processes within SAP C4C functional scope Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP C4C configurations Lead the endtoend implementation and customization of SAP C4C modules to meet organizational and clientspecific needs Ensure seamless integration of SAP C4C with other SAP and nonSAP systems to support business workflows Stay updated with the latest SAP C4C functionalities and process modeling methodologies to maintain expertise Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process data and recommending enhancements to recruitment and other business processes Provide guidance on best practices for SAP C4C functional implementation and process modeling within the SAP ecosystem

Roles and Responsibilities
Engage with clients and internal teams to gather detailed functional requirements for SAP C4C implementations Develop and maintain comprehensive process models using Signavio ARIS and Visio for clear communication and documentation Configure SAP C4C modules to align with clientspecific business processes and requirements Conduct workshops and training sessions to facilitate effective adoption of SAP C4C solutions Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure integration and alignment of SAP C4C with other HR and business systems Provide postimplementation support troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations Manage project deliverables timelines and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project outcomes Mentor and support junior consultants on SAP C4C functional best practices and process modeling techniques
