SAP BW Support Analyst

Role Overview: As an experienced SAP Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing L2/L3 level support for SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, and SAP BW/4HANA systems. Your role will involve handling critical P1 and P2 tickets to ensure timely resolution, working on data modelling tasks in SAP BW and SAP HANA environments, and developing and troubleshooting ABAP-based data extraction and transformations. Additionally, you will utilize AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) for complex scenarios (basic exposure required) and collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Performing root cause analysis, implementing permanent solutions, ensuring compliance with SAP authorization concepts and data governance standards, supporting and maintaining data sources from SAP ECC and SAP CRM systems, and maintaining documentation while adhering to ITSM processes and ticketing standards will also be part of your responsibilities.
