a) Hands-on experience of SAP BW7.5, BW4HANA Support and development.
b) Build and Understanding of Standard and custom SAP BW Extractors functionality with ABAP Debugging skills.
c) Prior experience in handling ETL and Incident management/Bug-Fix.
d) Monitor and support ETL processes and data loading jobs in SAP BW/HANA.
e) Create, schedule, and maintain process chains for data loads.
f) Analyze and resolve data load failures, job errors, and performance issues.
g) Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
h) Ensure timely communication of job status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.
i) Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
j) Document support activities, resolutions, and best practices.
k) Work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support coverage
