We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One Support Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP B1, including Crystal Reports and SQL, along with experience managing a support team. You will provide post-implementation support, lead a team of 3-4 support professionals, and ensure timely and effective issue resolution by identifying whether the issue is functional, technical, or a bug and assigning tasks accordingly. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management Lead and manage a support team of 3-4 professionals. Assign, monitor, and track support tickets, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs. Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and guide the team on resolution strategies. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the support team. SAP B1 Support & Issue Resolution Oversee the resolution of SAP B1 support tickets raised post-implementation. Analyze and categorize issues (functional, technical, or bugs) and route them accordingly. Provide functional and technical support for SAP B1 modules, including Finance, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Procurement. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to SAP B1, Crystal Reports, and SQL queries. Problem Identification & Allocation Quickly identify whether an issue pertains to business processes, system configurations, or a bug. Allocate issues to the appropriate team members and follow up for timely resolution.
