SAP BTP Frontend Engineer

As a Front-End Developer specializing in SAPUI5 and Fiori, you will be an essential part of our team, leveraging your expertise to create custom applications and deliver exceptional user experiences. With a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will demonstrate your proficiency in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and showcase your skills in custom UI5 development, data binding, and agile methodologies. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and enhancing custom SAPUI5 applications, utilizing Fiori elements for intuitive user interfaces, and deploying applications on SAP BTP to seamlessly integrate with cloud services. You will be expected to implement data binding techniques using OData models and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, following version control practices such as branching and pull requests. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in SAPUI5 controls and concepts, with hands-on experience in custom UI5 development and standard Fiori app activation. Strong knowledge of Fiori Elements, Fiori Extensions, SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) framework, and Node.js is also essential. Expertise in data binding using OData models, along with a solid understanding of JavaScript (including ES6 features) and CSS, will be key to your success. Proficiency in Git concepts and a comprehensive understanding of the BTP platform components are crucial requirements.
