• The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, customising, and deploying applications on SAP's Business Technology Platform using tools like SAP Business Application Studio and other related technologies. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) using SAP Business Application Studio.
• Create and manage Fiori applications and extensions using SAPUI5, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Build and integrate OData services and APIs to support application functionality. Work with CAP (Cloud Application Programming) Model to develop scalable and cloud-native applications.
• Develop and deploy applications using Node.js and Java on the BTP environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization of applications.
• Configure and manage BTP services such as SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Extension Suite.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Essential Skills

• Strong experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Business Application Studio.
• Proficiency in SAPUI5, Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with OData services, REST APIs, and CAP Model.
• Expertise in programming languages like Node.js, Java, or Python. Knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, and other BTP services. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Strong understanding of cloud-native development and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications

SAP BTP Certification (SAP Certified Development Associate) or SAP Certified Solution Architect SAP certifications in BTP, Fiori, or related areas. Experience with SAP Workflow Management and Business Rules. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerization technologies. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with BTP.
