Role Overview: As a Senior Process Mining Consultant at EY, you will have the opportunity to drive client opportunities, deliver process mining engagements, and generate value for clients. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining new and custom processes using process mining tools such as Signavio and Celonis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and optimize processes for performance and scalability. Additionally, you will engage with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions aligned with SAP best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain new and custom processes using process mining tools like Signavio and Celonis - Analyze technical requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions - Customize Signavio/Celonis KPIs to meet specific business requirements - Develop data extraction connectors to integrate ERP systems with other applications and databases - Optimize process mining processes for performance, scalability, and maintainability - Collaborate with functional teams to conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of SQL programs - Create and maintain technical documentation for Signavio/Celonis SOPs - Assist in SAP system upgrades by analyzing and adapting Signavio/Celonis processes - Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions aligned with SAP best practices - Build a quality culture, foster teamwork, and lead by example - Train and mentor project resources - Participate in organization-wide people initiatives Qualifications Required: - Proven experience with Signavio, Celonis, or Process Gold, certification in any of the tools preferred - Working knowledge in ABAP on HANA, SQL, process mining, and process modeling - Understanding of various automation tools, UI, and business processes - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements - Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on SQL developments and industry trends - Real-time knowledge and experience in implementation and migration projects - Graduate/Post Graduate degree with 3 to 5 years of industry experience Additional Company Details: EY exists to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while building trust in the capital markets.
