Job Summary:

SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement
ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
processes using SAP BODS.
Work on
data migration
,
data warehousing
, and
integration
between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Analyze data requirements, map source-to-target data flows, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Optimize BODS jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with business users and functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop reusable data transformation templates and workflows.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and validation of data migration activities.
Manage and monitor BODS repositories, jobs, and scheduling.
Prepare technical design documents, data mapping sheets, and operational runbooks.
Support production environments by troubleshooting data-related issues and implementing fixes.
