• Work with SAP functional and technical consultants to analyze data migration requirements and the structure of legacy data.


• Handle performance tuning activities and provide innovative design solutions for business requirements.


• Have a basic understanding of SAP Rapid DataMarts and its design principles, with the ability to modify jobs to suit business needs.


• Design appropriate data migration solutions, including transformation routines using SAP BODS.


• Build, test, execute, and manage data migrations using tools such as SAP LSMW or SAP Data Services solutions.


• Perform preload and post-load validation of migration results, handle dropouts, and advise on data cleansing requirements.


• Conduct migration dress rehearsals, migration cutover tasks, and provide post go-live support.


• Provide advisory services to the business for understanding data management issues and advise on data management strategies and techniques.


• Demonstrate extensive experience in data management and migration activities in a SAP environment.


• Possess strong experience in the design and implementation of SAP's ETL solutions such as SAP Data Services and SAP LSMW, as well as integration technologies such as IDOCs and BAPIs.


• Support data cleansing activities as required, using Information Steward, Excel, Data Services, and SQL tools.


• Perform data analysis and reconciliation, and verify correctness and completeness of migration tasks.
