The SAP BASIS Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training on SAP BASIS administration concepts to students, professionals, or internal teams. The role involves designing training materials, conducting classroom and/or online sessions, providing hands-on system guidance, and mentoring learners to build strong practical and theoretical knowledge of SAP system administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training on SAP BASIS concepts (online and/or classroom).
• Design, develop, and update training curriculum, presentations, labs, and assessments.
• Explain SAP system architecture, installation, configuration, and administration.
• Provide hands-on training in:
• SAP system installation and upgrades
• Client administration
• Transport Management System (TMS)
• User and role administration
• Background jobs, spool, and printer configuration
• SAP kernel, profiles, and startup/shutdown
• Database administration (Oracle/HANA/SQL Server, etc.)
• System monitoring and performance tuning
• SAP security basics and authorization concepts
• Guide trainees through real-time scenarios, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Support learners with assignments, doubt-clearing sessions, and project guidance.
• Evaluate trainee performance through tests, practical exercises, and feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, versions, and certification requirements.
• Assist trainees with SAP certification preparation (if required).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP BASIS administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA architecture and administration.
• Experience with OS (Linux/Unix/Windows) and database concepts.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is highly preferred.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• SAP BASIS certification(s) are an advantage.

Experience

• 3–8 years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience.
• Prior experience as a trainer or technical mentor is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
