Experience in Retail is added advantage Good-to-Have 4+ years of Retail Background SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role Lead and Manage SAP BASIS team throughout all phases of upgrade project Provide expertise in SAP BASIS administration including system installation, configuration and maintenance. Oversea upgrade process ensuring adherence to best practices and minimizing system downtime. Communicate project updates risks and issues effectively to relevant stakeholders.
