We are seeking a skilled Team Lead to join our team
The Team Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing Dot net web-based applications, analyzing user requirements to inform application design, and creating architectural models that demonstrate the flow and functionality of applications Our ideal candidate is proficient with Dot net, Azure Devops and its ecosystems, has a deep understanding of object-oriented programming, and is familiar with various design and architectural patterns As a Team Lead, you will not only design and develop cutting-edge web applications using the latest technologies but also lead and mentor a team of talented developers You will be responsible for overseeing the projects delivery, ensuring the quality standards, and collaborating with the existing offshore development team You will also communicate effectively with the clients and stakeholders and provide technical guidance and support as needed, The Day-to-day Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization Architect and design high-scale, robust, and cutting-edge applications Guide and provide technical leadership to the software development team Stay updated with emerging technologies and software architecture in the Dot net landscape The role involves designing and developing both public web applications and line of business sites using the latest technologies The role also involves leading and mentoring a team of developers, and overseeing the project delivery and quality standards As a Team Lead, you will also be involved in a minimum of 50% of the coding tasks, as well as code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment of the web applications, Leading the team means: Setting the vision and direction for the project Providing feedback and coaching to the team members Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise Managing the interaction with 3rd party outsourced development vendor Assessing the quality and security of the code from the vendor and the internal team members The role requires effective communication with the clients and stakeholders, and technical guidance and support as needed Requirements At least 10 years of senior development experience, with 5+ years in a team lead or mentoring role, preferably in a global or offshore setting Proven work experience as an Architect or similar role in software development, including creating application architecture diagrams Experience designing software systems with various Microsoft technologies such as C#, Dot net, ASPDot net, MVC, Dot NET CORE Ensure compliance to all architecture requirements and ability to adjust based on current best practices Extensive experience coding in UI technologies such as JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, HTML Experience with WCF, Web API, REST, and multi-tier distributed systems Experience validating and evaluating development tools Experience with evaluation and review of Dot Net documentation Knowledge of Devops tools and technologies within a Microsoft Stack Experience with SAML and application security best practices Knowledge of using Dot net Core in serverless environments (AWS) Knowledge and experience with active application monitoring About Kroll In a world of disruption and increasingly complex business challenges, our professionals bring truth into focus with the Kroll Lens Our sharp analytical skills, paired with the latest technology, allow us to give our clients clarity not just answers in all areas of business We value the diverse backgrounds and perspectives that enable us to think globally As part of One team, One Kroll, youll contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers you to excel, Kroll is the premier global valuation and corporate finance advisor with expertise in complex valuation, disputes and investigations, M&A, restructuring, and compliance and regulatory consulting Our professionals balance analytical skills, deep market insight and independence to help our clients make sound decisions As an organization, we think globally?and encourage our people to do the same, Kroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit, In order to be considered for a position, you must formally apply via careerskroll
