Role Description

SAP-Services team is responsible for building & managing SAP platforms, including SAP Authorization security, Platform architecture/design, SAP-Basis delivery, HANA databases , logistics, platform compliance, production stability etc. across all SAP landscapes across the bank,

Your role will be SAP Authorization Lead(Pune) together with hands-on SME , with expectation to bring the positive impact as detailed in below sections.

Your key responsibilities

• Due to the wide range of tasks and the size of the team, each team member is more or less involved in all areas of responsibility. Specifically, the tasks include:
• Designing, creating, and monitoring SAP authorizations
• Designing, creating, and monitoring SAP HANA authorizations
• Designing, creating, and monitoring technical SAP users
• Operation and maintenance of the SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tool
• Participation in projects
• Responsibility for the TERAM software (temporary assignment of extended access rights)
• Advising other departments on authorization, security, policy, and audit-related issues
• Responsibility to lead the team at Pune and its Delivery ( with quality and efficiency )

• The applicant should have extensive experience in at least two of the areas listed above, in order to independently take on and possibly assume full responsibility for at least one topic without extensive onboarding.

Your skills and experience

• University degree with a focus on IT, or completed vocational training in an IT-related field
• Several years of solid to very good experience in either SAP NetWeaver/Basis or SAP HANA authorizations
• Experience/Ability to Lead the team with bringing a positive impact.
• Basic knowledge in the areas of policies, regulatory requirements, or IT security topics
• Strong technical interest and openness to new topics/technologies, etc.
• Affinity for working in international teams
• Good communication skills
• Language skills: fluent in English (spoken and written)
