Job Description

Looking for a skilled SAP Basis Lead Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience. The position is based in Pan India.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead discussions with customers on SAP Basis issues and provide effective solutions.
Monitor and tune applications for optimal performance.
Collaborate with customers and offshore teams to ensure seamless integration.
Ensure 100% application availability and uptime.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Basis consulting.
Strong knowledge of SAP systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience in application monitoring and performance tuning.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
